Consultations
Consultation sessions (30 minutes) are free and offered by phone or zoom.
This initial consultation is an opportunity to ask questions, get a feel for each other and see if you think we’ll be a good fit. Ultimately, a trusting relationship with a therapist is one of the most significant predictors for healing and change. Your trust in me may be informed by various elements of my lived experience. I am absolutely open to exploring this together in our consultation session.
Sessions
I offer 50, 75 and 90 minute weekly sessions, by phone, zoom or in person.
Please note that 90 minute, in-person sessions are recommended (though not required) for EMDR sessions.
At this time, I cannot offer every-other week sessions. Unless you find a buddy to alternate weeks with you ;)
Rates
50 minutes: $150
75 minutes: $175
90 minutes: $200
While I aspire to be able to sustain several low fee slots, my private practice is small and I am unable to offer any sliding scale at this time. I will update this when/if it changes.
Insurance
I am not an “in-network” provider for any health insurance at this time. As such, payment is arranged directly between myself and my clients. I am happy to provide you with a superbill if you are pursuing reimbursement from your insurance company.
I do accept payment through Health and Flexible Spending Accounts (HSA and FSA) .

Good Faith Estimate Notice
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 985-3059.
